The project

A village built by makers

Art Village is a community of craftspeople working with their hands — in clay, fibre, wood, and paint. The space itself is the work: bamboo pavilions, carved totems, and sculptures grown out of the landscape rather than dropped into it.

We sit within Nuanu, the creative city on Bali's south-west coast — a place where art, nature, and community are designed to grow side by side. Art Village is its hands-on heart: open studios where visitors don't just look, they make.
